Private Sector
We work with companies engaging with international cooperation in Ukraine — both Ukrainian businesses building long-term partnerships with international actors, and foreign companies exploring entry into the Ukrainian market in the context of recovery and EU accession.

Our work is designed for companies that can assign internal ownership to this direction and are ready to operate within compliance, reporting, and audit requirements. We support that process as a structured partner: bringing international systems expertise while helping businesses build the partnerships, applications, and procurement capacity needed to engage credibly over time.
SERVICES
International Tenders & Procurement
We help companies participate in procurement run by UN agencies, embassies, IFIs, and donor-funded programmes. This includes finding relevant opportunities, checking compliance requirements, preparing tender documentation, and supporting submission.
Compliance & Donor Logic Advisory
We help businesses prepare for the reporting, audit, documentation, and timeline requirements that come with international cooperation, so compliance risks are addressed before they become bid or implementation problems.
International Cooperation & Funding Roadmaps
We assess which international opportunities fit your business and turn them into a practical cooperation roadmap — a path to international funding, new international clients operating in Ukraine, cross-border partnerships, and operational alignment with EU standards. This can include EU funding, contracts with UN agencies or embassies in Ukraine, partnerships with foreign companies, and access to private sector-led recovery facilities backed by international partners, but not venture capital, private equity, or commercial bank lending.
Social Impact & ESG Strategy for Business
We support foreign investors entering Ukraine in shaping the social and economic impact of their activities in line with ESG standards and recovery priorities. This covers CSR programme design, social impact investment components, and ESG assessments with practical recommendations. Drawing on our work with Ukrainian communities, civil society, and local authorities, we help investors focus their impact where it makes a tangible difference in the regions where they seek to operate.
Where partnership-building is part of your strategy, we identify relevant foreign partners and help structure roles, contributions, and governance for multi-party bids and projects. This includes both consortium-building for EU funding instruments and partnerships with international companies for funding linked to governments, IFIs, DFIs, and recovery programmes.

We help Ukrainian and international businesses access funding instruments where donors pursue recovery and development objectives through private-sector cooperation — facilities such as developpp.de, Swiss SECO programmes, French Fonds Ukraine, Dutch UPF, Norad Nansen, and similar initiatives combining public funding with private investment. This includes identifying suitable facilities, building the right partnerships, preparing applications, and defining project impact in ways that match donor expectations while still making practical business sense.
Private Sector-Led Recovery Facilities
Where international funding depends on public-sector engagement, we support liaison with relevant institutions and coordination between business, government, and donors — from national agencies to local municipalities. We help structure public-private cooperation components so that projects are aligned from the start with programme requirements, institutional realities, and partner interests. Particularly relevant for foreign investors entering the Ukrainian market, including through private sector-led recovery facilities.
Government Relations & Public–Private Cooperation
EU Funding & Programmes
We support applications to EU funding instruments, including Horizon Europe, EIC, EIT, LIFE, and selected international innovation funding. We help identify relevant calls across different stages of technology readiness, structure projects and partnerships accordingly, and prepare competitive applications.
WHY Connecta?
Before recommending a funding instrument, procurement track, or partnership model, we look at your business model, internal capacity, and realistic position within international frameworks. This helps us focus on opportunities that make sense in practice, not only on paper.
International cooperation works best when there is clear ownership on both sides. We bring experience with funding systems, procurement, and partnership structuring; your team brings business knowledge and the ability to carry the process forward.
We understand how international cooperation frameworks operate
We start with fit,
not with a pre-set service list
We work best with companies
ready to build this capacity internally
Our team brings experience from international organisations and donor-funded programmes. That helps us see not only which instruments exist, but how businesses are assessed within them and what makes cooperation credible from the start.
