Ukrainian CSO
We work with Ukrainian civil society organisations already operating within international cooperation frameworks, managing donor-funded programmes, participating in consortia, or acting as implementing partners for international actors.

Our support is designed for organisations that want to expand their international engagement: for example, moving from bilateral or UN funding to more complex instruments such as EU programmes, or outsourcing specific parts of funding and partnership work. This includes support with complex applications, consortium coordination, and related donor-facing materials.

We are not positioned to support first-time applicants or small local grants. Our work is built for organisations already operating at programme level and looking to expand or outsource their international cooperation and fundraising activities.
SERVICES
EU Funding & Programmes
We support applications to EU programmes such as CERV, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and Creative Europe from identifying and engaging international partners, structuring the consortium, and clarifying roles and governance, through to coordinating the proposal and budget preparation, with pre-award and, where needed, post-submission support.
Project Preparation & Funding Applications
We support civil society organisations that already work with international donors and want to outsource part of their project preparation and fundraising work on a subscription basis or for individual applications. This includes concept notes, full proposals, donor presentations, and other materials required during funding negotiations, with the strongest fit for complex applications to bilateral donors, UN Calls for Expression of Interest, and similar international instruments rather than small-scale grants or first-time applications.
We provide monitoring, evaluation, and reporting support for organisations implementing internationally funded programmes. This includes designing monitoring systems, preparing donor reports, managing 5W reporting, and documenting programme results in ways that are both compliant and credible for current and future donors.

вдосконалення
We support organisations in designing communication strategies that strengthen their positioning with international donors and partners. This includes clarifying messaging, identifying priority audiences, and aligning communications with programme goals and international cooperation priorities, rather than providing general PR or branding support.
Communications Strategy
Fundraising Strategy
We design practical fundraising strategies, focused on priority donors, relevant instruments, and realistic pathways for engagement. The result is a working roadmap that organisations can use directly in fundraising and partnership development, not a theoretical planning document.
WHY Connecta?
We are deliberately not positioned for small local grant schemes. Our work is built around the calls where preparation takes longer, coordination matters more, and the stakes are higher, including EU funding, UN calls, and multi-partner bilateral programmes.
Applications are only one part of the process. We also support the structures around them: partnership coordination, reporting logic, donor-facing materials, and the programme-level positioning that helps organisations stay credible across funding cycles.
We understand donor logic
from the inside
We focus
where complexity is highest
We support more
than the application
Our team has worked within international organisations and donor-funded programmes, including on the side that reviews and evaluates applications. We understand how proposals are assessed, what funders actually scrutinise in consortium structures and delivery plans, and where strong organisations lose ground on avoidable technical points.
